The Habanova Equestrian Pilates program, created by Dr. Habanova a Chiropractic Physician specializing in Pilates Rehabilitation and Equestrian Pilates, was developed for all riders who desire to improve their athletic performance with their horse.

Equestrian Programs Available

1. Private Pilates Instruction

Dr.Habanova will conduct various assessments to determine your balance, symmetry, compensation patterns, flexibility, posture, areas of weakness and strength. She will design an equestrian pilates program which meet your riding goals and is suitable for your body. As you become more conditioned, Dr. Habanova will advance your program. She encourages your trainer to become involved in your Pilates sessions and is available to watch you ride or watch your riding video.

2. Equestrian Pilates Equipment Class

Participate in this class using the Pilates Tower equipment to learn and understand how to apply the Equestrian Pilates concepts to your riding while making the necessary body changes.

3. Equestrian Pilates Clinics

This 2 day clinic is designed to take your riding to a new level. Together with your trainer Dr. Habanova will discuss how to improve your riding, which Pilates exercises are best for you and why, and how to transfer what you learn in pilates to the horse. About Dr. Tatiana Habanova
Dr. Tatiana Habanova is a Chiropractic Physician and a Certified Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner for 8 years. She received her degree from the National College of Chiropractic in Illinois with specialty training in sports medicine, and received her pilates rehabilitation training through Polestar Pilates. She has also been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 18 years as a Fitness Educator and Instructor, and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Habanova has devoted her focus to Pilates and brings her years of experience to developing Equestrian Pilates training programs. She has developed an outstanding reputation placing her at the very top of her field and is a recognized lecturer and author. Recently, she spoke at the USDF National Convention, the Equine Affair, and developed the Pilates program for A Gymnastic Riding System using Mind, Body & Spirit. Dr. Habanova owns The Pilates Wellness Center in Wellington and Jupiter, FL. She works with private clients, teaches Pilates Certification Courses and conducts Equestrian Pilates clinics around the country.
